Biologische Aktivit?t
Positive allosteric modulator of GABA A receptors. Enhances GABA-induced Cl - currents in the α 1 β 2 γ 2 , α 3 β 2 γ 2 and α 6 β 2 γ 2 subtypes. Causes sedation in vivo following i.v. administration without losing "righting reflex". Also displays antioxidant activity. |
